- A verified technical error on the Platform resulted in an incorrect or duplicate payment.
All refund requests must be submitted within 10 working days of the completion of the service or from the date the issue was reasonably identified.
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), where applicable.

All refund requests are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team to determine whether the service delivered met the agreed scope and standards.
We may request further information or clarification to assess the claim fairly. Refunds will only be granted where the Platform determines that the service materially failed to meet the agreed requirements or where required by applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Refunds will generally not be granted where:

8.4. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund processing times depend on the User’s financial institution or payment provider and may take up to 10 working days to appear in the User’s account.
8.5. Disputing Refund Decisions
If a User wishes to challenge a refund decision, they must reply to the original correspondence with “Escalation Request” in the subject line. The matter will then be reviewed by senior management, whose decision will be final, subject to any rights available under applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
